Daifuku Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2006 in Bangalore and started its operations in Jan-2009 to meet the growing needs of the market and produce high quality products. The company believes in satisfying customer by providing Timely Delivery of Quality Products and is committed to inline with Customers Requirements & Continual Improvement in Effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Our Facilities

The facility is supported by well-equipped and modern Tool Room, Standard Room, Metallurgical Lab and Design & Process facilities. These facilities take manufacturing standards to levels of excellence.

Design & Engineering

Engineers use CAM software "Uni Graphics-NX 7.5" to create 3D models of parts.

Tool & Die Mfgt

The company also has a Die Shop wherein the required Dies & Tools are manufactured In-house.

Hot Forging

Heat Treatment & Machining

We have in-house Normalizing Continuous Furnace with a capacity of 150 Kg/Hr.

Inspection & Testing

Inspection and Testing will be carried out for all the products in accordance with Quality Assurance Plan.

Packing & Logistics

All products are packed in VCI Bags in either fumigated wooden boxes or reusable mesh palletainers.
